1. General Information

Art of Learning is an educational platform offering skill-development programs including Abacus, Phonics, Handwriting, Spoken English, and Mid Brain Activation for students and teachers.

By enrolling in any of our programs or purchasing any products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Course Enrollment & Access

• Access to live and recorded sessions will be granted after successful payment confirmation.
  
  

• Course materials (books, kits, videos) will be dispatched/provided within 5–7 working days after enrollment.
  
  

• Students or teachers must have access to a stable internet connection for online classes.
  
  

3. Fees & Payments

• All course fees and franchise fees are one-time, non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
  
  

• Payments must be made via approved channels (e.g., Razorpay, Instamojo).
  
  

• Once payment is made, no installment or EMI option will be provided unless clearly mentioned.
  
  

4. Certification

• Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of all course levels, attendance, and assignments as applicable.
  
  

• Certification is subject to performance and adherence to course guidelines.
  
  

5. Franchise Terms (if applicable)

• Franchise fee includes materials, training, and limited business support.
  
  

• Franchisee is responsible for local student acquisition and class management.
  
  

• Misuse of brand name, logo, or course content without permission is strictly prohibited.
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

• All course content, videos, books, and materials provided are the property of Art of Learning.
  
  

• Any reproduction, resale, or unauthorized sharing of content is prohibited and legal action may be taken.
  
  

7. Refund Policy

• No refund will be issued once the payment is made and access to training or materials has been granted.
