1. No Refund Policy (For Digital Products & Training Programs)
Due to the nature of digital content, downloadable materials, and live/recorded training sessions, all payments made for any of our programs, including but not limited to Abacus Classes, Teacher Training, Midbrain Activation, Phonics, and Handwriting Courses, are non-refundable.
Once the payment is successfully made, and the course materials/access have been shared, no refund or cancellation will be entertained under any circumstances, including non-participation, dissatisfaction, or change of mind.
2. Exceptions – Level-Based Satisfaction Guarantee (if applicable)
For selected teacher training programs, we may offer a Level 1 satisfaction guarantee:
If you are not satisfied after completing Level 1 of the Abacus Teacher Training Program, you may request a partial refund within 7 days of completing Level 1.
Refund will be processed only if course materials are returned (in original condition), and usage of digital resources is verified to be minimal.
Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.
The final decision rests with the Art of Learning team.
Note: This clause is applicable only if explicitly mentioned in the course advertisement or registration terms.
3. Duplicate Payment
In case of a duplicate payment, kindly email us at [support@artsoflearnings.com] or WhatsApp at 7219127711 with payment proof. After verification, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
